PETG is an advanced engineering material that masterfully combines the easy printability of PLA with the strength and toughness of ABS. Through precise molecular modification and additive formulation, PETG delivers exceptional layer adhesion, high impact resistance, and remarkable chemical resistance, making it the ideal choice for functional parts.
PLA Matte filament is engineered by incorporating specialized matting agents into the base PLA,resulting in prints with a soft, non-reflective matte finish, This effectively minimizes the visibility oflayer lines, yielding a high-end, satin-like texture both visually and to the touch. in collaboration with renowned 3D printing artists, CaiLab has developed a unigue color series with exquisite craftsmanship.Its subdued tones and refined texture have been selected by numerous home fumnishing brands for model displays and product prototyping.
PETG-CF (Carbon Fiber)
PETG-CF (Carbon Fiber) is a high-performance material enhanced from standard PETG, with mechanical properties approaching those of some injection-molded engineering plastics. It offers superior stiffness, toughness, and heat resistance compared to common PLA.
CAILAB's PETG-CF goes a step further, offering two distinct advantages:
- Exceptional Surface, Concealed Layer Lines: The carbon fiber filler significantly increases the material's rigidity, resulting in prints with an exceptionally smooth, flat, and premium matte texture where layer lines are virtually invisible.
- Unique Color Palette, Revolutionary Aesthetics: We break the convention that carbon fiber materials are limited to dark colors. Our collection includes vibrant light shades rarely found on the market, such as Matcha Green, Haze Blue, Pale Yellow, and Light Gray.
