Return Policy

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with further instructions.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes

  • We cannot process refunds for products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or non-product-related issues.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
